Tushar Negi is a registered architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). His work is defined by a balance of design and technical expertise, and market awareness – an approach shaped by his dual experience in architectural consultancy and real estate development.
Before founding THINK Architecture in 2023, Tushar spent more than a decade with leading firms including WZMH Architects and Marlin Spring Developments. This background gives him a hybrid perspective that bridges design ambition with development realities, enabling THINK to deliver solutions that are creative, practical, and aligned with long-term project goals.
As Principal Architect, Tushar leads the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and design integration. He brings a hands-on leadership style to project delivery – driving design vision, building strong client and consultant relationships, and ensuring efficient execution from concept to closeout. He is recognized for his ability to guide cross-functional teams, align stakeholder goals, and proactively navigate complex municipal approvals.
Under his leadership, THINK focuses on projects at the intersection of sustainability, wellness, and urban living, spanning multi-family residential developments, commercial and retail new builds, and bespoke custom homes. As a LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP, Tushar brings specialized expertise in creating high-performance, wellness-focused spaces that perform and endure.
